Job Description:

Skills Required:

  • Excellent programming skills, excellent analytical and logical skills.
  • Knowledge of .Net Core / Angular / SQL Server / C# would be an extra advantage.
  • Good communication
  • Good knowledge of OOPs concept
  • Good coding skills and problem-solving ability
  • Good team player, possess a good attitude, and be self-discipline
  • The candidate should be result-oriented, highly efficient, pragmatic, analytical, and team-oriented
  • Stable and reliable
  • A candidate who is keen to further learn and work on the latest technology and looking to have a stable and secured platform

   

Selection Process:

  • Technical Online Evaluation - eLitmus platform
  • Face-to-face technical round (1 or 2 depending on need) on a virtual call using a computer
  • HR round - on a virtual call using a computer

     

Compensation:

  • Monthly stipend of ₹ 20,000/- in hand during six month training period. On successful completion of training, after getting confirmed as a permanent employee on a designation of Jr. Systems Engineer, the yearly package would start at ₹ 5 Lacs.

   

Note:

  • The company spends considerable effort in training new employees through direct mentoring by senior folks. Candidates who are ready to give a working commitment for a period of 2-3 years from the date of joining will be appreciated. (No bond)
  • The company is following a hybrid model that involves working from the office for 2-3 days and remotely for the remaining days, of the week.
  • Prefer candidates to join within or less than 30 days.

    

Warning:

  • We understand that despite having state-of-the-art proctoring systems for remote tests, few of the candidates engaging in malpractices go undetected.
  • Therefore, on or before the date of joining, all the tests which a candidate had taken in remote mode as part of the selection process may be administered in person again.
