About you

• Other fields like Civil, Biotech, Industrial, and Electrical but doing core job does not excite you

• You are diligent and will do anything to be on time to class
• You are focused and don't leave anything for the last minute

• You may not be a fluent communicator but are good at aptitude. Numbers do not scare you.

About the role

You will be part of one or more of the following teams

• Customer Success
  • Service companies that use eLitmus
• Campus & test delivery
  • Ensure test is delivered with zero malpractices across India. This includes identifying test centers, and proctors and defining best practices
  • Onboard colleges to use eLitmus services
• B2B Sales:
  • Hunt and farm new B2B clients, deep dive into every client's business model, and understand their talent needs. 
  • With a consultative mindset, build a custom comprehensive solution using the legos of multiple eLitmus products & services

And it doesn't end here - we have many other roles from Campus Sales, Government Business, Gift Card and Rewards, etc. We are principally looking for talent who has high initiative, persistence & ownership and believes in getting things done. Roles at eLitmus can be custom-built to the right person's strengths

While your tasks could, prima facie, appear repetitive, after spending 6 months or so you will be expected to improve and make them perfect, and this requires an extensive knowledge base (for example using macros of Excel).

Though this role resembles a general management role, you will do well only if you are more likely to succeed with our customers if you are knowledge-driven rather than just being able to talk well.

Selection process

• Round 1
  • Remote test + Assignment
  • Do click on assignment link and start preparing as soon as you have applied because you will get less time to submit it
  • Combination of both will be used to do an elimination round
     
• Round 2
  • You will be called for in-person test. This is to eliminate candidates who engaged in malpractices in the remote test
  • The inperson test will be held at Bangalore , Delhi and Kolkata (so select the evaluation location accordingly)
  • Those who clear the test will be taken through the interviews

PS:

• While drive locations include Delhi and Kolkata for Round 2, it may be a possibility that the Round 2 drive is held only at Bangalore

Service Terms

The company spends considerable effort in training new interns/employees through direct mentoring. Candidates willing to commit to a minimum of 12 months of full-time employment post-training period need only apply.

Compensation details

• Internship/training
  
  • 2025 batch
    • Your internship will start at beginning of the final semester and be completed on 31-Jul-2025
  • 2024 batch
    • You need to join immediately as a trainee and your training period will be 3 months
  • The stipend will be ₹ 26300 per month (this is inclusive of a Food subsidy of ₹ 2450 per month)
  • In addition, you shall be provided with snacks and refreshments in the office.
  • You shall be covered under health insurance
• FTE - Full-time employee (Upon successful completion of the internship)
  • In addition, CTC will be 6.05 lakhs which includes Phantom Bonus stocks worth ₹ 1.85 lakhs, which is assured compensation! (not linked to stock price fluctuation) and paid out as follows :
    • 30% on completion of the second year from the date of start as FTE
    • 70% on completion of third year from the date of start as FTE
