About your role

You will be assigned to a team that will be given complete ownership of a project. You will work as an entrepreneur to solve a business problem (some with the help of tech). You will have to use your entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, and initiative to complete it (Supervision will be minimal). On successful completion, you stand a chance to get a pre-placement offer from eLitmus -

• Software Developer - ₹ 12 Lakhs
• Associate Consultant - ₹ 9 Lakhs
   

Eligibility

• 2026 batch BE / BTech
  • Software Developer : CS/IT
  • Associate Consultant : All Branches
• Good academic track record
• A 90+%ile pH score will take you to the top of the application stack and will be processed first (pH Score not compulsory)

Selection Process

The selection process is rigorous and only the very best make it through. The key skills evaluated are

• Problem-solving
• Initiative
  • Should have gone out of the way on activities that take months to complete in real life
• Extensive reading habit (current affairs, non-fiction, economy, etc) OR lots of real-life software / app-building experience
• Holding significant positions of responsibilities
   

Process overview:

• Round 1 - Assignment round
  • Based on the eLitmus pH test score, you will be shortlisted.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to work on an assignment and submit the same before attending the interview

  • Before attending the interview, we would want you to submit the assignment.
     
• Round 2 - Multiple round of Interviews

Compensation Details

• You should be able to complete the project in 6 weeks
  • In case your team needs extra time to complete the same, the same shall be accommodated
  • In case your college mandates a longer internship duration, the duration can be extended
• The project completion stipend will be ₹ 38,000.
• FTE
  • The CTC of 12 lakh includes Phantom Bonus stocks worth 4 lakhs which is assured cash (not linked to stock price) and paid out over 3 years
    • Phantom bonus breakup -
      • 5% at the end of 12 months from the effective date of your appointment
      • 10% at the end of 24 months from the effective date of your appointment
      • 85% at the end of 36 months from the effective date of your appointment
    • Above mentioned CTC would be applicable post-successful completion of the internship/Training.

Note

• eLitmus spends considerable effort in training new interns/ employees through direct mentoring by senior folks. Only candidates willing to commit for a minimum period of 18 months tenure post commencement of full-time employment need to apply.
• Most colleges we visit with 2 job profiles - software and business roles respectively. If you apply to the software job profile you will not be considered for the business job profile in future
